Chamois Lodge selected by The Times as 1 of the Coolest Chalets on the Slopes
One of the newest chalets on Paradizo, Chamois Lodge, has been nominate one of the Coolest Chalets on the Slopes by the Times in October 2012.
Nestled in the peaceful hamlet of Villarabout, Chamois Lodge is only a four-minute chauffeured drive from St Martin de Belleville and the main lift hub. Our driver service is always on hand, until 10.00pm daily, ensuring you never have to carry your skis anywhere.
Chamois Lodge combines spectacular views with light-flooded rooms and a tranquil location. Sympathetically finished in old wood and stone, the chalet is decorated in an elegant contemporary style, with beautiful fur throws, cowhide walls and authentic alpine touches.
St Martin is a picturesque and unspoilt authentic mountain village, steeped in tradition where original wood and stone barns nestle against the mountainside and farmhouse cheese is still made. Locals in the hamlet of Villarabout, where our chalets are located, even still smoke hams in the smoke house, collect water from the village pump and keep chickens and goats.
Despite all this, St Martin also has a lively, cosmopolitan feel, with an unusually good range and quality of restaurants (including Michelin listed and starred), a mountain spa and an excellent ski school.
