Exclusive Resorts: luxury destination club and tour operator
Despite the dire rumblings around the current real estate markets, the fractional residence sector of the vacation home market is emerging on top. According to the well-known real estate researcher Dr. Richard Ragatz, this segment of the luxury vacation market will be the first to rebound.
In fact, he has stated that recent financial events “will enhance the attractiveness of the high-end fractional products as compared to whole ownership.” Keeping a finger on the pulse, Executive Resorts continues to expand and uphold its reputation as one of the world’s leading destination clubs.
Earlier this year, Robb Report named Exclusive Resorts the “Best Full-Size Destination Club” in their annual “Best of the Best” report. This is the fourth time the destination club has been featured and the third time Exclusive Resorts has received the “Best of the Best” distinction in its category. It was noted for its steady expansion, exceptional choice and flexibility as well as the destination club’s unique members’ programs.
In addition to the Exclusive Resorts property portfolio which includes 350 residences, with 125 in development in 35 locations worldwide, the destination club offers a “Once in a Lifetime” members program. Exclusive Resorts invites members to select from an exclusive collection of sixteen planned vacations in highly sought-after locations in 25 countries. The private members excursions are available for additional costs that include airport transfers, food and beverages.
Exclusive Resorts’ “Once in a Lifetime” vacations are organized into categories for families, couples and adventurers. The family luxury vacation experiences include biking in France’s castle-studded Loire Valley, cruises in the Eastern and Western Mediterranean as well as stepping out to the great outdoors at the Western Ranch in Colorado.
Couples vacations include private villas at the award-winning Six Senses Hideaway in Koh Samui, Thailand and an idyllic beach hideaway in the Wakaya Club & Spa in Fiji.
For the thrill seekers at heart, the adventure collection includes safaris in Eastern and Southern Africa, an Antarctica Expedition with National Geographic naturalists aboard Lindblad Expeditions’ National Geographic Explorer, biking through golden Provence in France and family skiing at Cerro Catedral in Argentina’s Patagonia.
Exclusive Resorts is currently constructing new residences and is constantly expanding its luxury destination club. The company is anticipating the opening of multiple residences in each destination: Exclusive Resorts Cloister Cottages at The Cloister in Sea Island, Georgia; One Steamboat Place in Steamboat Springs, Colorado; Vdara at MGM MIRAGE CityCenter in Las Vegas; Viceroy Resort & Residences in Anguilla and two destinations in Hawaii, Kapalua Bay in Maui and Ho’olei in Wailea.
