Encanto Villas, a Private Residence Club South of the Border
“Mexico, it sounds so sweet with the sun sinking low”
In Huatulco, there’s a new private residence club in town, promising gorgeous views, eco-consciousness and a luxury vacation home without the additional costs of year-round maintenance.
The Encanto Villas & Residence Club sits on the Tangolunda Bay, overlooking turquoise water and mesmerizing sunsets. Opening in spring 2010, the Encanto Villas & Residence Club includes eighteen three-bedroom residences and penthouses, a private beach club, Spa & Fitness Center, concierge services, multiple pools, a private boat dock and a chic restaurant. Keeping with the luxury lifestyle, members will also be able to have pre-arrival grocery service, daily housekeeping and professional property management.
Located slightly east of Acapulco city in the Bays of Huatulco, the Encanto Villas & Residence Club management is set on preserving the natural beauty of the surrounding area. Seventy percent of Huatulco’s land is set aside as a protected ecological zone in addition to a “national park marine zone” along the coast. $1 million of net profits from the Residence Club will also be donated to the Waterkeeper Alliance, which is dedicated to preserving and protecting waterways around the world. The donations will be directed towards the global water quality protection and the five Waterkeeper programs located throughout Mexico.
Huatulco is also home to the most extensive coral reef system in Pacific Mexico. Residence Club members can spend their beach days snorkeling, diving, fishing, boating and exploring the abundance of sea life along the coast. Other activities include whitewater rafting on the River Capolita, sea kayaking, surfing, jungle tours, chartered fishing tours and horseback riding.
